Why should undocuments in the US have rights to same education? Undocumented families who cross over to the US, and crossover their babies, do not have their documentation of their own country where they lived. Additionally, nor do they have documentation from the US, when they crossed over. These circumstances affect particularly children who are unsure of where they are really from. Accordingly, to the United States if the persons does not have a visa, or a permanent residence they are considered illegal immigrants and some of them are deported back to their own homes countries. However, when being in their home country they have no documentation and are therefore alienated as well there. |
